recruitment process is progressing at all times. Most of the time we'll be providing
encouraging news however it also means we'll give you the bitter details too. If we
don't have the right people for the job we won't insult you by sending the wrong ones -
we'll only send applicants who make the grade, and if those people don't exist or are not
showing interest in the role for any reason, we'll tell you about it.
The Whole Picture
We always ask to visit your premises before we match your organisation to our candidates. It is
vital that anyone you interview is suitable for your own unique working environment so whenever
you'll allow it we make sure our consultants have experienced it first hand. During the visit we
encourage and facilitate a structured discussion based around our understanding of your requirements
so that we don't miss any of the details. Our candidates are then vetted thoroughly before you
interview them using competency based interviewing techniques that can assess as many skill sets
as is necessary for the position.
